Manufacturer’s Description
Kimber‘s Master Carry Custom is a full-size 1911-style semi-auto built on a stainless steel, round-heel frame with a satin silver finish. It’s chambered in .45 ACP. Other features include:
- A stainless steel slide with front and rear serrations and a black KimPro II slide finish;
- a stainless steel, match-grade barrel;
- a stainless steel match-grade bushing;
- a full-length guide rod;
- an aluminum match-grade trigger;
- Crimson Trace Master Series Lasergrips w/Kimber’s logo;
- dovetailed Tactical Wedge night sights;
- a recessed slide-stop pin;
- rounded edges; and
- a serrated mainspring housing.

just bought one today,7/9/13. paid $1,300.00 at Shoot Straight Guns in Apopka FL. hard too break down, laser in position such that index finger(trigger finger) must be placed further down on frame, just outside trigger guard too keep from blocking beam. this issue will be easy too adjust to,hopefully after break in period the field stripping will be easier, rather tight now. that said,all else (cycling,slide action,accuracy, recoil) is exactly what is expected of a Kimber. a real nail driver! beautifull too !
