Manufacturer’s Description

The Girsan Compact MC is a Beretta 92-style semiauto pistol built on an aluminum alloy frame with a steel slide, and chambered in 9mm or 9x21mm. Other features include:

• A short recoil, delayed blowback system;
• a double-action/single-action trigger;
• a cold forged barrel;

  

• an open slide design;
• an ambidextrous slide-mounted thumb safety;
• a firing pin safety block;
• a hammer safety;
• a loaded chamber indicator;
• a dovetailed notch rear sight;
• a pinned white dot front sight;
• a finger-groove grip;
• a disassembly latch; and
• a lanyard loop.

Girsan offers the Compact MC in a number of finishes, including black, white (i.e., a chrome/stainless finish) and gold. It also offers gold-colored controls, black and wood grips, and engraved models. And, its Compact MKEK pistol appears to be identical to the Compact MC save for its non-finger groove grip and a few different finish options.
Zenith Firearms imports these pistols from Turkey into the United States. It ships each Compact MC with cleaning rods, a hard case and three 15-round magazines.
