Manufacturer’s Description
The Glock 19 Gen4 is, like its close relative the Glock 19 Gen3, a 9mm semi-auto built on a compact polymer frame. Standard features include three-dot fixed sights, a trigger safety and a tactical rail.
In addition, the Gen4 offers several new features, including a multiple backstrap frame with a reduced short-frame trigger mechanism housing. The multiple backstrap system allows the user to change the circumference of the grip to fit their individual hand size. The grip has three options: a short frame, a medium frame or a large frame. The backstraps are easily changed and secured with a single pin. Note: The Gen4’s grip angle is not changed by backstrap modifications to ensure a shooter doesn’t shoot high or low when modifying the backstrap or when shooting a different Glock pistol.
The 19 Gen4 also sports a Rough Textured Frame (Gen4 RTF) surface designed to enhance grip traction, and its magazine release catch is now reversible and enlarged. This allows users to switch the catch to the left or right side of the pistol with no additional parts.
Finally, the original recoil spring has been replaced with a dual recoil spring assembly designed to reduce recoil while simultaneously increasing the assembly’s life cycle.

i would like to porchace one of this
glock19 gen4
I only shot about 300 rounds through this gun but no fte or stovepipes. I heard people say the new gen four springs were causing problems with fte but I haven’t had that at all. My other glock fires the same . Can’t believe such a low rating. I wouldn’t want any other brand of handgun in a life or death situation.
I won’t even give this pistol one star,it is a piece of junk,I got so mad at it I threw it down in a mudhole and stomped on it.

bought mine in Oct so far have only shot 400rds no ftf or fte very accurate
